Self-Guided Walk: Queen Street 

Queen Street Explore the builders, owners and residents of Queen Street that has been a commercial and residential hub for the last 160 years. A twenty minute tour beginning at Nelson Street on the north side of Queen street and returning on the south.

Brochure Folding Instructions

Print

  • Print double-sided on A3 paper at full size.
  • Ensure it's set to flip on the short edge.

First Fold

  • With the cover side facing UP, fold the brochure in half horizontally, creating an A4 landscape.
  • At this stage, the cover and map should both be upright, facing outward.

Second Fold (Trifold)

  • Fold the landscape A4 sheet evenly into thirds.
  • The cover should now be at the front.
  • When opened, the explainer page is visible on the right, and the map is visible on the left.

Done! Your DL-size brochure is now complete.

Visual Tour: Curious Names in Vaucluse

Ever find yourself wondering why a street or park was named something? This short, Local History Visual Tour online video explores the stories behind curious locations around Vaucluse. Launched as part of the 2022 National Trust, Australian Heritage Festival.

Vaucluse streets and parks are curiously named and have interesting historic backstories. In this short video, we explore a handful of these from the suburb that was an independent municipality between 1895-1948, when many streets were formalised and named.
