Bus shelters

Requests for repairs to bus shelters can be made by filling out a Customer Service request.

Please provide the following details as part of your request:

  1. The damaged street furniture is a bus shelter
  2. Details of the damage
  3. Location

This request will be logged in Council's Customer Request Management System. An inspection of the damage will be carried out and the area made safe if necessary. Repairs or replacement will usually be completed within 30 days.
