Meet your Ward Councillors

Throughout the year, we hold sessions for residents to meet their Ward Councillors and discuss key issues or concerns.

People living or working in the Bellevue Hill Ward are invited to meet with their Ward Councillors on 29 April, 6pm-7:30pm at Woollahra Council Chambers in Double Bay.

If you would like to attend, please RSVP and submit a question if you have one by 12pm, 24 April at Your Say Woollahra

Become a Bushcare volunteer

Do you have a passion for caring for the environment and Woollahra’s native flora and fauna? Our Bushcare program is seeking new volunteers to help regenerate and preserve local bushland.

Volunteers are supported by Council staff and receive Bushcare training and learn about the value of urban bushland, threats to the ecosystem, weed identification and removal, revegetation techniques and more.

Bushcare volunteers include local residents, retirees, businesses, community groups, school groups and tertiary students. All you need is an interest in protecting the local environment and a few spare hours a week, fortnight or month.

Anyone over the age of 15 is welcome, and all necessary tools and equipment are provided.

Find out more, including a full list of locations available, at our Bushcare Volunteering page.

Camp Cove Kiosk BYO alcohol trial

A 6-month trial of BYO alcohol at the Camp Cove Kiosk for its patrons, available from lunch time to 7pm has been running since summer and will end on 20 June.

We are seeking feedback on this change. If no adverse impacts on the community are observed during the trial, we will consider a permanent amendment to the permitted use of the lease to include BYO alcohol.

Have your say at Your Say Woollahra.
