Library Annual Report 2022-2023

On Tuesday 3 October 2023, the Finance, Community and Service’s Committee met and adopted the 2022-2023 Library Annual Report.

The 2022-2023 Library Annual Report(PDF, 6MB) demonstrates our growth over the course of this year. 

For the first time since 2019, we were not directly affected by Covid-19 lockdowns and could get back to delivering library services that meet our communities evolving needs without any restrictions. 

We undertook a massive technology upgrade to help foster digital literacy and innovation, upgraded our Library Management System and added a new collection of children’s STEM kits.  We were also able to take part in more widespread programming this year, from our flagship initiatives at Sydney WorldPride to facilitating events for Woollahra Council’s Bellevue Hill 2023 celebrations!
