2023 Library Use and Outcomes Survey Results

Woollahra Libraries has participated in Culture Counts' Public Libraries Evaluation Network (PLEN) since 2021.

In May and June of 2023, we distributed a Library Use and Outcomes survey to library members. The survey contains a range of ‘dimension’ questions, asking members of the public about their experience at the Woollahra Libraries and our programs.

The PLEN Library Use and Outcomes Report 2023(PDF, 1MB) summarises these responses to measure the libraries' impact.

The results of this survey help to inform our collection, services, and programs. We appreciate your feedback at any time.
