Guy Trinquet is a Paris-born, Melbourne-based contemporary artist. A self-taught painter, he has been selected as a finalist in multiple art prizes, including the prestigious Glover Prize in 2021 and 2022.

A versatile painter with varied styles, he uses oil, acrylic or mixed media depending on the particular vision he has for each painting. His works depict semi-abstract landscapes and abstract paintings inspired by landscapes.
