SC8018: Lease out of Trumper Park tennis courts and kiosk at Trumper Park, 1 Quarry Street, Paddington

Woollahra Municipal Council (“Council”) invites tenders from experienced commercial operators to lease, equip, operate and manage the Trumper Park tennis courts and kiosk located at Trumper Park, 1 Quarry Street, Paddington.

The tennis courts and kiosk comprises the courts, kiosk building, courtside cabanas, paved areas, pathways, lawn areas and landscaped gardens, which are located on Crown land at Trumper Park. The Lease term being offered will be seven (7) years plus one (1) option to renew for a further seven (7) years.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will take place at the Trumper Park tennis courts and kiosk on 20 February 2025 at 10.30am. Failure to attend the meeting will be considered a valid reason for the tender to be deemed non-compliant.

All interested tenderers will be required to register on VendorPanel prior to downloading the tender documents.

Costs incurred in preparing tenders will not be reimbursed.

Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the tender documentation.

All enquiries regarding the tender must be submitted via the VendorPanel portal.

Tender submissions must be uploaded on Vendor Panel by 3:00pm on Thursday, 13 March 2025.

Woollahra Council utilises VendorPanel an online e-tendering platform for all quotations, tenders and expressions of interest (EOI). Suppliers wishing to do business with council are encouraged to register your details on the portal to automatically receive information on current opportunities relevant to you as they become available.
