Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee
The Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee (ARIC) is an advisory committee established by Council with the following objective:
To provide independent assurance and assistance to the Council on risk management, control, governance, internal audits, organisational performance and external accountability requirements.
The Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee consists of:
- Three (3) Independent external members appointed by Council, one of which will be the Chair
- One (1) non-voting Councillor
The members of the Committee are:
- Mr Carl Millington as an Independent Member of the Committee and Chair of the Committee
- Ms Belinda Lawn as an Independent Member of the Committee
- Mr Daniel Carbone as an Independent Member of the Committee.
The Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee meets four (4) times a year at the Woollahra Council Chambers.
The ARIC reports to the Council Meeting.
