On weekends Canonbury Cottage is available for social gatherings and weddings and must be hired in conjunction with McKell Park. Additional fees may apply for park bookings.
During the week the Cottage is available for social events, recreational activities and community groups. The upstairs offices are available on application.

- Attendance fees must be less than commercial rates (provide list of fees and charges)
- Must have own public liability insurance (provide certificate of currency)
